One year after 'Blackout' and just in time for her 27th birthday, Britney Spears does it again with her highly anticipated seventh album, 'Circus'. The 13-track CD rolls into town on the heels of an MTV VMA awards sweep, where Spears walked away with three Moonmen for 'Video of the Year', 'Best Female' and 'Best Pop Video' for "Piece Of Me". The album's lead single, 'Womanizer', produced by the up and coming Atlanta production team The Outsyders, has already created a frenzy amongst Britney fanatics.
